Cute bag but not sturdy

Clip broke off the next day and keeps getting detached so I have to hold the bag as a clutch and not around my wrist.

Hello! I am so sorry to read that your wrist strap clasp broke! We make our bags by hand and arr so proud with how well they hold up and how sturdy they are! I hate that a piece of hardware on our separate strap broke to give you a bad experience with our bags! I'd be happy to send you out a couple of new pieces of hardware so that you can swap it out for the broken one and continue to use your clutch as a wristlet!
